I wrote in my last post that people can either be in a “benevolent”, loving, open-minded state, or a “hostile”, defensive, insecure, hateful, locked-down state. And that you can tell these states apart experientially.
One of the key differences, in my experience, is a quality of “heaviness” or “grinding” in your attitude when you’re in a hostile state, vs. a quality of “lightness” or “fluidity” in a benevolent state.
